The Board of Water and Soil Resources (BWSR) presented an evaluation of the Middle-Snake-Tamarac Rivers Watershed District (MSTRWD) Monday at the district's regular board meeting. This first-of-its-kind evaluation was conducted through BWSR's Performance Review and Assistance Program (PRAP), a new program passed by the 2007 Legislature and signed into law by Gov. Tim Pawlenty.
