OMNI ENERGY SERVICES CORP. today reported second quarter 2008 net income of $2.6 million, or $0.10 per diluted share, on revenues of $48.9 million, compared to net income of $3.8 million, or $0.15 per diluted share, on revenues of $48.1 million for the same period of 2007.
