Leonard Banks 06.AUG.08 On Saturday, amid a two-hour delay due to inclement weather, history was made. For the first time in the history of the Rappahannock Swim League, the Patriot Division Finals were held at Dahlgren pool, home of the Dahlgren Sharks.
