BEIJING. July 30 (Interfax) - Foreign ministers of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) have noted the importance of speeding up work on the creation of a dialog mechanism with the organization's partners, SCO Secretary General Bolat Nurgaliyev told a news conference in Beijing on Wednesday.
