Cooperatives Working Together announced Monday that it accepted seventeen export assistance bids last week for the sale of cheese and butter. One bid was accepted from Dairy Farmers of America of Kansas City, Mo., for the export of 237,600 pounds (108 metric tons) of Monterrey Jack cheese to Japan.
