BRUSSELS (Thomson Financial) - The European Union's (EU) second-highest court, the Court of First Instance (CFI), dismissed an appeal brought by consultancy AC-Treuhand AG. over a 1,000 euros fine imposed by the European Commission for assisting an organic peroxides cartel.
