Opening up downtown's biggest saloon in the Metropolitan Centre could be a breach of its lease, a judge said yesterday. But Court of Queen's Bench Justice Adele Kent said without a clear violation of its agreement, Oxford Properties wasn't entitled to an injunction closing Ranchman's on Fourth.
