People On the Move SLC lawyer to join national intellectual property group--Jonathan W. Richards, a senior shareholder and director of the Salt Lake City-based intellectual property law firm Workman Nydegger, was nominated to serve as Secretary of the American Intellectual Property Association. He will begin serving his one-year term as an officer of the association in October.
