Clothing belonging to the man, Kevin McGuire, 32, had been seized by police as evidence as they continue to investigate the murder of McGuire?s grandmother, Lillian McGuire, 85, who was found bludgeoned to death in her Scitico Gardens apartment in Enfield on Friday, according to police and Kevin McGuire?s public defender.
