Opening Night is a New Year's Eve extravaganza that has live performances from musicians, dancers, singers, jugglers, painters and even poets. The Arts Council of Oklahoma City is now accepting proposals to participate in Opening Night 2009. The deadline for proposal submission is 5 p.m. July 18.
