The Seymour Quilt Club of Sevier County presents a trunk show and bake sale 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, at Exquisite Quilting, 12917 Chapman Highway, Seymour. Handmade quilts will be available to buy. Club members will discuss the quilts' history and demonstrate quilting techniques. Proceeds benefit the club's charity work. Admission is free.

To be included in the next Newcomers Party please contact Melissa Katinas at 750-5015. The Club hosts a night at the movies bi-monthly at the Herricks Cinema. The next one is scheduled for November 24th. Members and their friends are welcome.
